Laws Whiskey House makes world-class bourbons, ryes, and other American whiskeys with a distinct Colorado flavor. Our house-style is bold and terroir-driven, defined by the rugged growing conditions of the Rocky Mountain region. The high quality and heirloom grains we use are grown for us by just two family farms, in Burlington, CO and Alamosa, CO. We also use Eldorado Springs artesian spring water from near Boulder, CO to proof our whiskey. Lastly, everything we make is milled, cooked, fermented, distilled, and aged in Denver, CO making Laws a unique product of the rarefied air of Colorado.
