    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 1/2 oz of Laws Four Grain Bourbon
    • 1 oz of Aperol
    • 1 oz of Lillet Rose

    DIRECTIONS

    Stir, strain into a rocks glass with a large cube
    garnish with an expressed citrus peel

    ingredients

    • 1/2 bottles Laws San Luis Valley Rye Whiskey 
    • 1/4 gallon of apple cider 
    • 1/2 cup lemon juice 
    • 1/2 sage simple syrup 
    • 2 bottles spicy ginger beer 

    directions

    Sage Simple Syrup:
    1 cup granulated sugar 
    1 cup water 
    1/2 cup firmly packed fresh sage leaves

    Bring water to a boil. Add in sugar, stir to dissolve.

    Add the sage leaves, let the infusion boil for 60 seconds.

    Remove pan from heat and let steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how strong you would like it. 

    Pour the cooled syrup through a mesh strainer into an airtight jar or container. 

    This may be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 

  • Eight-o-clock Howl

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz San Luis Valley Rye
    • 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
    • 1/2 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
    • 2 dashes of Orange Bitters

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir, strain into a coup or martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

  • Bold Fashioned

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 oz San Luis Valley Rye
    • 0.25 oz rosemary simple syrup
    • 1 dash of chocolate bitters
    • Rosemary garnish

    DIRECTIONS

    Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Stir to dilute, pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig. 

    Rosemary simple: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup of water 3-4 sprigs of rosemary. Bring all contents to a boil til sugar is dissolved. Take off heat and let the herbs steep until cool. Store in the fridge.

    ingredients

    • 1/2 oz Four Grain Sraight Bourbon
    • 1/2 oz pear brandy
    • 1/2 oz lemon
    • 1/4 oz rosemary simple (see below)
    • 2 oz spicy ginger beer

    directions

    Pour all ingredients except for ginger beer, into a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into a collins glass, then pour ginger beer on top. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

    The House Call

    Ingredients

    • 2 ¼ oz Henry Road Malt
    • 1/2 oz fresh lemon
    • 1 1/4 oz Apple ginger Honey syrup
    • Dash Celery bitters
    • Garnish with an apple slice or lemon peel

    Directions

    Syrup: ½ cup honey, ½ cup water, piece of ginger root, peeled and sliced, 1 apple sliced. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and cool.

    Mix all ingredients into mixing glass filled with ice. Shake, pour over rocks glass filled with ice.
