Specialty Cocktails

  • South Broadway Jam

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 oz Four Grain Bourbon
    • 1/2 oz fresh lemon
    • 1/2 oz simple syrup
    • Bar spoon of apricot jam
    • Garnish with a sprig of thyme

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, stain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh thyme

  • Breakfast of Champions

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz San Luis Valley Rye
    • 1/2 oz Avena Amaro
    • 1/4 oz Coffee Syrup syrup
    • Garnish with an orange peel

    Directions

    Syrup: ½ cup strong black coffee ( we prefer Corvus), ½ cup sugar. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and cool.

    Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir, strain into a coup or martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel

  • Spring Forward

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz Centennial Wheat
    • 1 oz Strawberry Rhubarb shrub
    • 3 oz soda water
    • Garnish with mint sprig and a strawberry

    Directions

    Shrub: Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 4 stalks rhubarb, 10 sliced strawberries. Bring mixture to a boil, turn off heat and cool, Once cooled, strain and add 1 cup apple cider vinegar to the simple syrup.

    Fill collins with ice. Pour in whiskey, add shrub and lightly stir. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and strawberry, serve with a straw.

  • Positive Mental Attitude

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 oz Four Grain Straight Bourbon
    • 1/4 oz green Chartreuse
    • 3 oz grapefruit juice
    • 1/4 oz honey syrup
    • 2 sprigs of mint

    Directions

    Syrup: Equal parts honey and boiling water, stir until honey is dissolved.

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients to shaker, add one sprig of mint. Shake vigorously,
    Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice, garnish with a sprig of mint.

  • Spring Boulevardier

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 1/2 oz of Laws Four Grain Bourbon
    • 1 oz of Aperol
    • 1 oz of Lillet Rose

    DIRECTIONS

    Stir, strain into a rocks glass with a large cube
    garnish with an expressed citrus peel

  • Eight-o-clock Howl

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz San Luis Valley Rye
    • 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
    • 1/2 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
    • 2 dashes of Orange Bitters

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir, strain into a coup or martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
