Bean to bar meets grain to glass in this guided whiskey and chocolate pairing exploring terroir, craftsmanship, and flavor.

This special Whiskey Wednesday brings together Laws Whiskey House and Animas Chocolate Company out of Durango Colorado, for an evening exploring the connection between bean to bar chocolate and grain to glass whiskey.

Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail followed by four guided whiskey and chocolate pairings featuring different mash bills and single-origin chocolates from distinct growing regions. Throughout the tasting, we’ll explore how climate, soil, elevation, and regional growing conditions shape flavor in both cacao and grain, highlighting the terroir behind every sip and bite.

From Colorado-grown grains to carefully sourced cacao, this intimate pairing experience celebrates craftsmanship, place, and the stories behind small batch whiskey and artisanal chocolate.
