A Grown-Up Book Fair… with Cocktails

Join us for an evening where great reads meet great pours at The Laws Literary Lounge: Sip & Swap. This open-house style event invites guests to sip curated cocktails, swap books with fellow readers, and support youth literacy—all in the relaxed setting of The Laws Whiskey Sanctuary.

HOW IT WORKS

Bring a book, take a book. Browse staff-recommended reads, discover something new to take home, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted cocktails and zero-proof options throughout the night.

For this event, Laws Whiskey House is partnering with Burning Through Pages, a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advocating for reading and writing for the city’s youth by providing literature, resources, and time to youth organizations. Burning Through Pages is collaborating with the Boys & Girls Club for a special on-site book drive, with a focus on books for ages 9–14. Graphic novels are especially encouraged, along with new or very gently used titles. Spanish-language books are welcomed but not required.

Guests are invited to sip, swap, donate, and go home with a bottle—with 10% of select bottle purchases donated back to Burning Through Pages to support their mission.
