Start the evening touring our distillery with one of our distillers, where you’ll get an inside look at the sustainable practices and distillery upgrades we’ve implemented to conserve water during whiskey production.

You’ll enjoy a guided tasting of our 2024 Headwaters Series Bourbon, honoring the Colorado River, and our 2025 release, Headwaters Series Rye- Rio Grande Edition.

We’re proud to welcome two of Colorado’s leading water conservation experts:

Laura Cusick, Executive Director of the Rio Grande Headwaters Land Trust

Kat Weismiller, Section Chief of Water Supply Planning for the Colorado Department of Natural Resources.

They’ll share insights on the challenges and triumphs of protecting Colorado’s precious water resources.
