Celebrate Bottled in Bond Month with us during a special Whiskey Wednesday event led by our Head Distiller, Sam Poirier and Jason Cody, President & CEO of Colorado Malting Company—the first craft maltsters in the U.S. Colorado Malting Company grows and malts all of Laws’ heirloom wheat, rye, and barley. The Terroir of Colorado Whiskey will dive into the history and significance of the Bottled in Bond Act while featuring a tasting of past and current Bottled in Bond expressions.

Discover how the seasonal changes in Colorado’s local grain harvests shape the flavors and quality of our whiskey. This is a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of tradition, terroir, and craftsmanship. Ticketholders will have the opportunity to sample archived Bonded releases from the Laws Whiskey House Library and be among the first to purchase our 2025 Bonded Bourbon release at an exclusive Whiskey Wednesday discount.
